When you look at the best players in the world,
00:05
you notice in their pre-shot
00:07
there is a different mannerism for every player.
00:10
I'm going to take Jason Dufner right now.
00:12
He's probably the hottest guy on the tour,
00:14
and if you take a look at what he does
00:16
he'll set up to it like this.
00:18
He'll set up, and he'll go into his waggle.
00:21
You'll see this big face-rotation back.
00:24
This rotation is in the waggle.
00:26
It's fairly quick, it goes back, goes down,
00:29
goes back, goes down.
00:30
When he goes back, the club is on plane
00:32
and he comes back down to the golf ball.
00:34
You know, he obviously at some point in his life
00:37
felt like the club was getting too vertical.
00:39
What he did, as I want you to do too,
00:42
is put whatever waggle you need into a golf swing.
00:45
Jason Dufner has the rotational motion,
00:48
and this is great, not only for tension,
00:50
to get rid of it, but to also help influence his swing.
00:53
If the swing takes less than a second and a half,
00:55
don't you think you should find a waggle that
00:58
matches your swing and the thing that you
00:59
need to be working on?
01:00
I think it's important to look at that.
