You know, it was, excluding my play.

The event itself was, it's been fantastic.

The golf course couldn't have been any better.

It was fast. We don't normally see it this quick.

I mean it's reflective on this course today.

And the guys are wanna do much out there.

So, it was nice to have a challenge like that.

We spoke yesterday that you gonna be working on putting

as one of those things.

But how are you going to plan that week out?

Are you pretty fluid with it,

or do you say I'm gonna do an hour of putting

on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

How does it work?

As of right now, I'll probably won't start practicing

until part Tuesday or Wednesday.

I'm gonna start training right away.

So I will start training tomorrow,

so getting after it.

Try and put a little bit of weight on.

I'm a little bit light for me right now,

which I don't really like.

I like being a little bit lighter but not quite this light.

So, get in there, start eating a lot

I was gonna to ask how you did that.

I'm gonna have to eat little bit more.

It's hard cause I eat a lot already.

So just try and eat a little more and,

and gradually put on, a few more pounds.

Do you feel a difference in your swing,

I do, and, as a tournament week goes on,

I usually get a little lighter.

And so, a notch on my belt [mumbles]

as I start losing that.

Luckily, it wasn't hot this week,

but also it was cold.

So, it's one of those things where,

where the course of four round tournament play,

I tend to drop a few pounds.

And then if I play back to back weeks,

it tends to be a little bit more than that.

So, eating is always been important.

Protein shakes and still lifting

and still maintaining the muscle mass.

And so those are the things that,

I tried to do for most of my career.

And, right now gotta get back after it again.

And then finally, when you do start practicing again

golf wise, how does that figure out

in terms of your schedule?

You don't start with putting.

I'll work my way back.

That's how I grew up.

It's always putting, chipping and then

and then start playing.

So, I'll go back to basics.

and work on my alignment, my posture.

And look at a few things.

Start chipping, hit a few shots.

Start shaping the golf ball around there

and then gradually build my way out to driver
