So he's gonna get into kind of a golf posture.

He's gonna go onto a single leg and same thing.

We're gonna be focused on this core being tight,

neutral pelvis, I don't wanna see a ton of arch in his back,

I don't wanna see a ton of round.

And what he's gonna feel like he's doing is as he reaches

these weights out, he's gonna feel

like he's pushing them as far away as possible.

That's really get this lower and mid trap,
