Hi, I'm Ron Kaspriske, Fitness Editor at Golf Digest.
00:03
And you know I'm always messing around
00:04
with new exercises in the gym,
00:06
and I love exercises that hit three or four
00:08
parts of the body in one shot.
00:10
And this is one of my favorite new three-in-one exercises.
00:13
I call it the Low-to-High.
00:14
So what I want you to do is get two medium weight dumbbells,
00:17
and put 'em by your sides, just as I am here.
00:19
And get up on the balls of your feet.
00:21
Now I'm gonna ask you just to stand up,
00:23
almost like you're picking up suitcases,
00:25
then go into a hammer curl, and then a military press.
00:29
Back down, in the reverse order.
00:32
Like that.
00:33
Now you should be able to do about
00:34
eight to 12 reps of that, probably two or three sets.
00:37
And it's a great way to work your calves,
00:39
your quads, your delts, your biceps,
00:43
it hits everything in one shot.
00:44
It's a great three-in-one, you should try it,
00:46
and it'll definitely freshen your routine.
00:48
Thanks for watching.
