We're going to be standing on one leg,

the other leg we're gonna take to the back wall,

Just a small bend in the knee that's on the ground.

Now, from here, keeping our balance holding onto the chair,

we're gonna open up our hip and our spine,

and then close down our hip and spine.

Good, and really sinking into that hip.
