Hey guys it's Curtis Williams
00:02
owner of Training CAMP here in New York City.
00:04
I know a lot of you guys use a lot of stretch bands
00:06
to make sure you get your mobility through your shoulders
00:08
but a lot of times we're not quite certain
00:09
if we're even on both sides.
00:11
Here's a great tool from SKLZ called the Mobility Bar
00:13
that actually makes sure that
00:15
you can eliminate the guesswork.
00:16
I'm gonna show you a great three-in-one exercise
00:18
that's great for golfers that's gonna
00:20
incorporate shoulder mobility, strength,
00:22
hip mobility, and torso flexibility as well.
00:30
As you can see guys we're gonna go with the hip stretch here
00:33
working mobility through the shoulders,
00:35
and then we get a nice side bend
00:37
to give ourselves a little bit more
00:38
flexibility through our torso.
00:39
All great mobility for golf.
00:45
What I would prescribe is at least doing one or two sets
00:47
at least five to 10 reps each side.
00:49
Make sure we're alternating so we keep
00:51
our symmetry and we're staying balanced.

Thanks for watching Golf Digest Fitness Fridays guys,
01:06
hope it helps your game.
