I wanted to share with you a couple

early in the morning at the first tee box or on the range

to you get that body nice and active and loose.

Here, we're doing a squat to shoulder sweep, warming up

the quads, the hamstrings, the glutes, the shoulders.

The second exercise is a dynamic swing rotation,

getting into golf posture, core braced,

really working your rhythm and syncing up your body.

This is an excellent exercise that'll get those abs,
