You know, golf isn't always fair.
00:05
You can hit a great shot,
00:06
roll off the edge of the green,
00:08
and end up in a lie like this,
00:10
right against the fringe.
00:11
But, don't freak out.
00:12
It's not that difficult a shot.
00:14
What you want to do,
00:15
you want to take one of your most lofted clubs,
00:17
either a sand wedge, or an L wedge,
00:20
you wanna take your putting grip,
00:23
number one, okay, you want to
00:27
elevate your hands, okay, you see where I am here,
00:30
you don't want to have you hands down,
00:31
you want to elevate your hands,
00:32
so it's almost straight up and down.
00:34
Then simply hover the club above the ground,
00:38
above the grass fringe here,
00:40
so the leading edge is in line with the equator,
00:42
or towards the top of the ball, anyway.
00:46
And, then you want to make a nice smooth stroke.
00:48
That's key, make a smooth stroke
00:49
because the ball will come out of here
00:51
with a lot of overspin,
00:52
so you don't actually have to hit it that hard.
00:55
So, you set up to it, say, get comfortable.
00:58
Got the ball back, as I said, slightly in the stance,
01:00
and just make a nice smooth stroke.

01:10
You practice that, it's really very easy,
01:13
and you'll really impress your friends as well.
