[Announcer] With this third here, this doesn't look easy.
[Announcer] Yeah, normally it'd be kind of a hardpan lie,
but little muddy today, so that makes it a little tougher
but makes good contact.
Really not a bad shot at all from there.
Really well done.
[Announcer] Timberlake will have a chance
to save a four perhaps.
See you here.
[Man] Real nice.
[Announcer] Now Roethlisberger has short-sided himself
on the left side from the bunker with his third.
[Announcer] No, not much green to work with here
but in his favor, green's a little softer than normal
because of the wet conditions and that's a nice shot.
[Announcer] So, everybody's gonna have a chance at a four.
[Caddy] I thought it was a great shot.
[Roethlisberger] Didn't want it to land in there.
[Announcer] On a 525 yard hole.
First to attempt is Giebelhausen.
Full length if you want it here.
[Announcer] So, Giebelhausen would go on
to make a bogey five.
Not a bad score on this seventh hole.
[Announcer] No, I said he needed to make a par quick
but a series of bogeys wouldn't be all that bad either
if he could just make 'em bogies and no worse.
[Announcer] Jordan has settled down a bit
after a really tough start.
That for par.
Oh, that was a good putt.
[Announcer] Oh, that would have been
the all time four.
[Announcer] So Jordan with a bogey five.
[Man] Little uphill, yep.
[Announcer] Not a lot of break in this green.
[Kim] Got 'em, got 'em, got 'em!
[Announcer] Just wiggled left.
Early call by Anthony Kim.
Went every way but in.
[Announcer] So now Roethlisberger,
the loan chance left to make a four here.
This would be a great up and down from the bunker.
[Announcer] Yes! Hello!
[Man] That's a good four.
Dead straight, pretty dead straight.
Nicely done sir.
[Announcer] Nicely done indeed for Big Ben,
and talk about a treat for Rocco Mediate.
He grew up in Greenburg, Pennsylvania,
a die-hard Steelers fan.
Well, Big Ben handling this challenge
at Bethpage pretty well right now.
And you'd expect that from a big time player
who had that incredible Superbowl victory.
I mean talk about coming through in the clutch.
[Man] Oh, baby I might get that (mumbles)
[Announcer] I was fortunate to be her in the stadium
watching that game and what a finish.
[Roethlisberger] I don't have to get down.
[Man] That'll work fine. This is the par
If you like it right by the hole just on the top tier,
It'll be just fine.
You'll have no problem.
That sits fine, yeah yeah.
That's where you were aiming right?
(Laughs) Yeah. Yeah, thought so.
[Announcer] One thing's for sure, Big Ben will listen
to some Rocco chat today.
Now here is Jordan,
who is still looking for his very first par of the day.
Again, started off with a triple, a double,
a bogey, another double.
[Announcer] Well, it's been tough start
but he seems to be settling down a little bit.
I think that shot he hit into the seventh the last hole
really kinda calmed his nerves.
I made a green.
Got rid of it quick.
