The Lateral-Lunge Crossover

Golf Digest fitness advisor Ben Shear and trainer Ryan Anderson demonstrate the "lateral-lunge crossover." This exercise not only preps the muscles that run laterally along the body, it also covers some of the muscles that work together forming diagonal "slinging" patterns such as the adductors working with obliques on the opposite side.
